Create add-to-calendar links for Google Calendar and Outlook, plus an .ics file you can attach, for webinars, launches and events.
An add-to-calendar link lets people save your event with one click, which cuts no-shows for webinars and launches. Fill in the details here and get a Google Calendar link, an Outlook link and the contents of an .ics file that works with Apple Calendar and most other apps.
Times are converted to UTC inside the links, so each person sees the event in their own time zone.
Each link carries the start and end time in a different form. The tool reads your start time in local time or UTC, adds the duration in minutes (between 5 minutes and 7 days) and converts both moments to UTC. Google Calendar receives them in a compact format like 20261105T130000Z, Outlook receives ISO timestamps, and the .ics file receives the same compact UTC values in DTSTART and DTEND, with a unique ID. Since all times are absolute, calendars display them in the viewer's own time zone.
Check the zone setting. If you type 18:30 while your browser is in India Standard Time, the event is stored as 13:00 UTC, and a person in London sees it at the matching London time. If you meant a different zone than your browser, switch to UTC and enter that time instead. The tool does not create recurring events, reminders, attendees or all-day events. Save the .ics text as a plain text file with the .ics extension. The Outlook link targets the personal Outlook.com calendar, and Microsoft 365 work accounts may need a different link.
Copy the lines under ICS FILE into a plain text file, save it as event.ics, and attach or link to it.
Choose your browser's local time or UTC. The links store the time in UTC so it shows correctly for everyone.
The date or time is invalid, for example 31 February.
No. The links are created in your browser.
No. This tool creates a single timed event with a start, a duration and optional details. For recurring or all-day events, edit the .ics file by hand or use your calendar app directly.
Calendars convert the stored UTC time into each person's own time zone, so the clock time differs while the moment is the same. Confirm you entered the intended zone.
